Keep the counter honest.

Pre-launch policy draft. Purchases remain disabled until launch settings and operating policies are finalized.

Accurate listings.

List only cards you own and can ship. Use your own front and back photos, identify the exact card or lot, and disclose damage, alterations, and uncertainty. Counterfeit or deceptively described items are prohibited.

Payments and fulfillment.

Purchases use hosted payment checkout. Sellers ship within three business days after payment confirmation and provide tracking. For new purchases, seller proceeds transfer after verified carrier delivery and checks for unresolved order issues. Funds stay in the marketplace payment flow until then. DesksList does not provide regulated escrow or independently authenticate cards. Older orders retain their original payment terms.

Order issues.

Report missing, damaged, or materially misdescribed cards from the order page. Keep photos, packaging, and messages that support the report. Administrators review evidence and coordinate any return or refund; reporting an issue does not guarantee reimbursement.

Respectful conduct.

Keep messages relevant to orders. Harassment, spam, payment evasion, and fraudulent activity may result in listing removal or account suspension.

Privacy.

Collector names, listings, and verified reviews are public. Emails, shipping addresses, and order conversations are restricted to the access needed to operate the marketplace. Card payment details are handled by Stripe.

Before public launch, the operator must publish its legal identity, contact details, privacy and retention policy, definitive returns process, and country-specific terms.
